About Me
One-on-one personal training, semi-private personal training (2 people), small group training (3-5 people).
Larger group classes are held on Lantau Island, with classes run in locations around Mui Wo and Tung Chung (contact me for more details).
Privates are held in Lantau Island and Central.
I predominantly use TRX equipment (disinfected after every use) to help you unlock your fitness potential. Most clients, as they get stronger and more confident, get their own kettle bell or dumbbells - which also avoids any chance of cross-contamination through sharing during these challenging times.
For in-home classes, an outside area is preferred. Most clients prefer to be trained with their home equipment, alternatively I can bring a few items to make the workout fun and effective.
