What I offer

Personal training, one-to-one or for group of two, small group training (3-5 people).

 

Larger group classes are held on Lantau Island, with classes run in locations around Mui Wo and Tung Fun and Ham Tin (contact me for more details).

 

Private training is held on Lantau Island and in Central.

 

For group classes, I predominantly use TRX equipment (disinfected after every use) to help you unlock your fitness potential. Most clients, as they get stronger and more confident, use their own kettle bell or dumbbells - which also avoids any chance of cross-contamination through sharing equipment.

 

For in-home classes, an outdoor area is preferred. Most clients prefer to be trained with their home equipment, alternatively I can bring a few items to make the workout fun and effective.

One-on-one training 

Personal training held at a location of your choice on Lantau or Central, a specific program for you to address your body’s challenges/weaknesses.

 

Once the foundation is stronger, we look at mobility and stability, opening the way to building strength, both muscular and cardiovascular. We'll discuss the basics of lifestyle and nutrition, possibility of using the PH360 philosophy to discover your genotype.

Group training

 

Depending on pandemic restrictions, classes are run in an outdoor location combining TRX/Multi equipment/HITT/AMRAP (contact for more details and to check what classes are coming up).

Online Zoom training

I train people worldwide online, bringing a new level of training and accountability to your fitness program and giving you the choice of environment - wherever you can take your computer. 

In-home training

 

A convenient option for executives, stay-at-home parents, or power couples who make every second count and prefer not to spend time/ money on travelling to a gym or other location. Using equipment in your home means you cut down on the numerous contact areas found in a gym.

Business Traveller / Visitor

An opportunity to keep on track with your training program while away from home. I can train you at your hotel gym, giving you no excuse to fall behind.

A plateau is a place from which to admire how far you have come and look with excitement at where you can go.
